Acres of Hope Farm is a second chance for unwanted equines. We are a mother and daughter operation. Acres Of Hope Farm is run by the two of us. We have taken an old cattle farm and turned it into a home for unwanted equines. Many of our rescues came from the track, but most have been rescued from the slaughter lots. These wonderful equines had a sealed fate before they were bailed out and brought out of that horrible death.
Acres of Hope Farm is no longer going to be open to the public for trail riding/lessons/boarding. We have decided to close our doors and go back to being a private farm and rescue . I thank you. To all you who have adopted one of our many rescues I thank you. I look forward to hearing from each and every one of you regularly and hope to keep making it to all of your shows. I am proud of all we have done. I have made many friends and along with all the rescues we have been a part of I feel greatful to say we did so much and affected so many lives. It has been a very long road and we have done a lot. It is time for me to take time for my family and kids. I have spent 9 yrs saving horses and working with abused and troubled kids. It is now time to spend it with my own. I see this new zoning as a sign that is is time to put the place to rest. To all my volunteers, bless all your hearts, we could not have been the rescue we were without your hard work. I hope all of you have learned from the horses here and what it takes to truely care for an equine the right way, above and beyond food and water is the time and dedication that goes into grooming, cleaning their stalls, bathing, and making sure your equine is healthy. Regulerly excersized and a has all he or she needs to lead a happy healthy life to the fullest. Owning a equine only starts with the day you buy, but goes long after he or she can no longer be ridden. I will always help all you rescues as I always have, and will only be a phone call away. . I will gladley offer my time and come to your farm. For anyone who has questions or concerns about a horse or pony or one they no longer want please feel free to contact me and I will make sure you are contacted back, please remember an auction is no place for your loved ones. I will put you in touch with a rescue who can help you if I cant. From Debi and I, Hope God Bless you and your equines and may every ride and adventure find you safe and full of joy and happiness. Ride on my friends
